I’d love to suggest a complementary feature: a dynamic minimum stay tool. Platforms like PriceLabs offer this, and it's incredibly helpful in adjusting min-stay requirements based on demand, seasonality, booking windows, and other custom rules.

For example, being able to automatically set:

• Longer minimum stays for high-demand weekends or events,

• Shorter stays for last-minute gaps,

• Specific rules for holidays or shoulder seasons,
  would give us as hosts much more flexibility and control.

This type of tool would work perfectly alongside your dynamic pricing system and help further optimize calendars and occupancy rates without needing constant manual adjustment.
