Hi Hospitable Team,

First off, thank you for the continued innovation—I'm excited about the release of the dynamic pricing tool! It's a game-changer for hosts looking to stay competitive and maximize revenue.

I’d love to suggest a complementary feature: a dynamic minimum stay tool. Platforms like PriceLabs offer this, and it's incredibly helpful in adjusting min-stay requirements based on demand, seasonality, booking windows, and other custom rules.

For example, being able to automatically set:

  • Longer minimum stays for high-demand weekends or events,

  • Shorter stays for last-minute gaps,

  • Specific rules for holidays or shoulder seasons,
    would give us as hosts much more flexibility and control.

This type of tool would work perfectly alongside your dynamic pricing system and help further optimize calendars and occupancy rates without needing constant manual adjustment.

Would love to see this added to the roadmap!

    Yes, I am in agreement that dynamic length of stay options based on seasonality, events, is critical to Hosts successful. For example, January and February are slower months in my market here in Atlanta so the minimum length of stay we require during these months is 2 nights. However, I want to be able to make my calendar available for our peak season, which is the summer, May - August, and the minimum stay setting I need for those months is 3nights. So, both options need to be available based on the months/season. Please add this to your product roadmap as soon as possible. Thank you!!

      I understand the feature has presets for “recommended” “conservative” “Aggressive” those can be great for someone who is exploring making their MNS part of their pricing strategy. We want more control. Please allow us to set rules that will dynamically modify these within x number of days.
