For properties that operate multiple rooms under a single Booking.com listing, Hospitable currently treats a reservation as if it were linked to only one unit for messaging purposes.
While availability is correctly blocked across all reserved rooms, automated messages can only access information from the primary room.
This creates a significant operational issue when sending access codes, check-in instructions, or other details that are specific to the room/unit/property.
Guests who book multiple rooms only receive the details for one of them unless the host manually edits the message.
This could be solved by developing a new condition inside the custom codes like βThe guest booked more than one roomβ or something similar.
Or simply look for another way to solve it.
