Feedback on Hospitable

Currently, we are on the Essentials Plan as we are very small and just trying to see how it goes with our first property. I started Hospitable as I wanted 1 calendar and 1 way to respond to guests looking to book with us or have ongoing conversations while they are staying with us. So far, we are very happy with the PMS.

I do think though that there could be options that would make Hospitable more marketable:

1. On the Essentials Plan, offer Ala carte options - like Dynamic Pricing, Smart Lock and other features like more email options.

2. On the Host Plan, it should offer Smart Lock - at the very least (1) - this gives those on Essentials the option to move up to a paid plan. If they like it, they can go to Pro or higher.

3. Option to download a Guest Book to the Guest Portal and make adjustments or add personal pictures to the Guest Portal. It is way too limited!

Just some of things as we continue to decide if this is still working or time to move to paid plan. Thanks for listening.
