Filter Inquiry and Booking Request Messaging Rules by Stay Length

Problem: Currently, the "Specify a reservation duration" filter in messaging rules only applies to confirmed reservations. There is no way to filter automated messages for inquiries or booking requests based on the length of the stay.

Current Workaround: Hosts must either send the same automated message to all inquiries regardless of length or manually filter and respond to long-stay inquiries.

Impact: This increases manual workload for hosts who have different communication needs for short-term vs. long-term (e.g., 28+ days) guests and prevents efficient automation of long-stay vetting.

Proposed Solution: Extend the "Specify a reservation duration" capability to Inquiry and Request to Book messaging rules.

Unlock: Hosts will be able to automate tailored messaging specifically for long-stay inquiries and requests, improving efficiency and guest experience.
