Fix disconnected channels notification to show only actually disconnected accounts

Problem statement

The "Disconnected channels" notification banner currently displays accounts that are already connected, rather than accurately reflecting which accounts are actually disconnected. This creates confusion about which accounts genuinely need attention.

Current workaround

Teams must either:

  • Manually cross-check the banner message against the Accounts page (looking for yellow-highlighted rows with "Reconnect" buttons) to verify which accounts are truly disconnected
  • Ignore the banner entirely and rely solely on the Accounts page as the source of truth

Impact

  • Creates confusion among team members who manage Hospitable accounts
  • Wastes time on unnecessary verification steps
  • Reduces trust in system notifications, potentially causing teams to miss legitimate disconnection alerts

Proposed solution

Update the "Disconnected channels" notification banner to display only accounts that are currently disconnected (i.e., those shown with yellow highlighting and "Reconnect" buttons on the Accounts page). The banner should clear or update immediately once an account is successfully reconnected.

Unlock

Teams would be able to trust the disconnected channels notification at face value, take immediate action on the correct accounts, and avoid wasting time on manual verification β€” improving response time to genuine connection issues.
