Fix the App!

The app is always failing. It crashes, where it needs to be restarted. The messaging aspect often will not send messages when pressing “send”, which causes extra work to copy and paste into the actual platform app. We pay a lot of money to have connectivity and seamless communication to use your product but it’s not living up to its end.
