Problem: Currently, messaging rules and custom codes lack a condition to restrict messages to a specific, fixed calendar date range (e.g., July 1 to September 15) that repeats annually, independent of a reservation's check-in or check-out dates.

Current Workaround: Manually toggling the messaging rule on and off at the start and end of the season.

Impact: This requires manual intervention every year and carries the risk of forgetting to enable/disable the rule, leading to guests missing seasonal information or receiving irrelevant messages.

Proposed Solution: Add a condition option such as "today's date is between [month/day] and [month/day]" that can be set to recur annually.

Unlock: Hosts can automate seasonal communications (e.g., garden harvests, pool openings, holiday decorations) once and have them apply automatically every year.
