I’m switching from EnsoConnect to Hospitable and part of guest details collection I need is to confirm total number of adults, children and infants as it does not come accurately from the OTA’s. Also, I need to ask if bringing a registered service animal (yes, no). These items are preventing me from activating the rental agreement on Hospitable and being able to switch PMS to Hospitable.

Adding how useful this would be for us to collect pet details as well! We require guests to disclose the age and breed of the pets on their reservation and would love to have a custom field for guests to enter this on the contract. It is the one thing keeping us from moving our contract process over to Hospitable!

Hi @Bogdan Cirlig you can add the same fillable field like {guest_name} to the rental agreement multiple times if you would like to request the same field for all guests on the reservation. Does that help you accomplish what you need here?

Hi @Abby Grous, I’m jumping in here as well as we recently ran into this. We have to provide the HOA with a list of all guests on each reservation now for gate access. While we can include the guest_name field over and over it’s messy as the number of guests staying is dynamic, but in the agreement template we would have to include ethat field tons of times (some of our properties sleep up to 28).
It would be much easier if we could just have an open text box where the guests can type anything they want, and give us a list of names whether it’s 4 guests or 28 guests they’re listing off.
