Hi @Prime BnB ! Can you share more about what you’d need a PDF for? Our team is ready to make some improvements to our Metrics, starting with Business-level report like a Profit & Loss. This would be able to be exported as a PDF.

Sure currently we only have the option to export via csv. This is not a good way for us to share metrics with the relevant people as it just creates a spreadsheet full of numbers.
Instead it would be much better if we could export a pdf file including the different metrics and graphs. This would make it much more presentable and easy to use.
Best example I can give is PriceLabs “Market dashboard” - You can look at the analytics in app. At the bottom it gives you an option to generate a pdf file. This pdf contains all the relevant graphs and is much easier for people to understand and share.

Like to be able to see more customization in metrics tab. Ability to see monthly performance, create PDF reports etc.

I’d love to see performance by listing by month in the preview tab, not needing to download the .cvs
Also the ability to scoop from guest conversation check-in time and have a data column for it. I have to scuba diving 20-30 conversations a day just to collect check-in times info :)

Even just a way to print a PDF of the Metrics screen as it appears on the dashboard. Like for the last year, then it displays the total revenue, reservations, REVPAR, ADR, Etc as well as at the bottom it shows the Bookinds by channel with the percentage-it would be helpful it it showed the revenue amounts broken down my OTA/Direct/Manual etc.
Example: I’m pulling my 2025 tax information and I would love a report that just shows all of it together so that I can check it with my Airbnb report and Vrbo and the Direct one.

One of my markets requires a “End of year report” With proof of gross revenue, tax remitted, net revenue (payouts)/ occupancy in order to renew my license for the next year. This would be helpful! Currently printing out statements from each OTA to prove revenue and making my own spreadsheet on a letterhead for my direct bookings.
