Give hosts a way to add VAT and other taxes or fees Hospitable does not detect to reservations on Owner Statements

For Booking.com, Hospitable does not detect taxes or fees charged on the host's payout. This feature would allow hosts a streamlined way to add taxes and fees to reservations, rather than adding Transactions separately. Implementing this would give hosts a way to clearly denote fees associated with their reservation payouts on their statements.
