Give Hosts Control of Direct Booking Messages

Currently, Hospitable is sending messages to a guest when they make a reservation. Hosts can not customize these messages or even see them.

If we have a reservation confirmation email set up in Hospitable the guest receives two confirmation emails. One from us and one from Hospitable. This is confusing, redundant, and creates a poor and clunky guest experience.

There is clearly information that Hospitable needs to communicate to guests as the merchant of record and that is understandable. However this can be accomplished via smart code. Hospitable can skip their message if a %%direct_confirmation%% code is included in a host's custom confirmationmessage for instance.

We need transparency and customization with all messaging including direct.
