We have decided to give you control to choose whether to report net or gross fees on Owner Statements.
Reporting net fees continues to be our recommendation to hosts, to ensure that fees are reported as they’re received in your reservation payouts (afterchannels deduct their host service fees). However, we’ve heard that many of you do not want to adopt this change in reporting until you’ve had an opportunity to revise or renew your agreements with your owners. Thank you for sharing your candid feedback with us.
We’ve heard you, and we respect your position, so next week we will be releasing an improvement that gives you the option to disable net fee reporting, and report gross fees instead.
This configuration will be a part of your Reservation commission agreements, and can be applied to properties for any month that does not have published or paid statements. If you’d like to report gross fees for your November statements, we recommend waiting to publish or pay those statements until we have released this update.

While reporting net fees remains our recommendation, you now have the choice to report gross fees if that’s your preference. To make this change:
Create a new commission agreement, and toggle off Report net fees (learn more in this help article).
Then, Change the commission agreement for a property (learn more in this help article).
