Give us Hosts control of Backup-Code Communication-Switch

I can't switch this off, even if I don't want Hospitable to send it. Why this paternalism?

Sometimes it's nescessary to switch that feature off but I can't. 😢 We hosts should be in control of EVERY Message that we don't like. Even there is no extra development on it the switch already exists.
