Yes, I have a 4 story building and have many multiples from 1-10 bedrooms Condos to rent so having the parent for the whole building only works when I get a group that want to rent the whold building! Having the capability to have multiple grandparent to grandchild relationship or multiple parent child relationships would be a huge difference in managing this property.
There are several others here on the island that I am sure that the could use Hospitable with that feature because I know most do everything by manual updates

I have 2 large buildings each with 3 apartments. I use the parent child on each building, but i also rent out both buildings to even larger groups. Currently i have to manually block the largest listing. It would be ideal to have a grandparent that gets blocked when any of the underlying parents or children are booked.

Would really love this. All of our props are multi fams so we allow 3 tiers of listings. The entire building, individual units, and then the rooms inside the units. This would be a big help.

I need to be able to block the "Whole Property" with an E booking. But currently, I can only set up an E booking to block a second floor parent booking.
Can we please add in a great grandparent and Grandparent blocking and make this a super awesome feature!!!!!!
Just to clarify:
If the Guest house were to book: the main house would be open to booking but the Whole property would not be.
If the C suite was booked, the 1st floor would be blocked, but B and A suites could be booked, the main house would not be bookable and the whole property would not be bookable.

PLEASE assist us in a dynamic multi-property booking system. Needing to sync 10 side by side homes on the same street. Ideally need this on our direct booking site and across Airbnb/VRBO. It needs to offer guests the ability to:
1. Book individual homes separately, as they currently can.
2. Book all 10 homes together as a single group listing.
3. Book different combinations of homes (e.g., 5 homes, 6 homes, etc.), without marking the entire listing as unavailable if only some homes are booked.
The challenge is that with 10 homes, it’s common for some but not all to be available on a given date. I want to avoid the issue where a guest searches for the master listing and sees it as unavailable just because 1-2 houses are booked when others are still open.
What I Need to Know:
• Direct Booking Site: Is there a way to dynamically adjust the availability on my direct site so that it always reflects the number of available homes and max guest capacity rather than blocking the whole listing if some homes are unavailable?
• Airbnb/VRBO/Booking.com: Since these platforms don’t natively support partial availability for group listings, is there a workaround within Hospitable that allows me to create multiple group listings that adjust automatically based on availability?
• Calendar Syncing: What’s the best way to sync availability across the individual listings and the group listings to avoid double bookings while keeping the master listing as open as possible?

We own 2 duplexes right next to each other (4 homes total)
First Duplex
Parent: 16A & 16B
Child: 16A
Child: 16B
*You can book 16A house alone or 16B house alone OR both together
Second Duplex
Parent: 18A & 18B

I also have a listing to book all 4 homes together. I now need a grandparent for all four - 16A, 16B, 18A, 18B.
This would be super helpful so I don’t have to continually block the listing with 4 homes when any of the 6 listings above get booked. Please and thank you!!
Price labs had over 300 people just using the stats on this set up and they feel the demand on their site alone is in the thousands and that’s only one of the many pricing platforms.
Hopefully Hospitable wakes up soon and listens to their customers needs.

I had to mute over 2/3 of my 18 listings from one single property on Hospitable until I have a better solution.
This image is just a simple partial view of the requirements with only shared spaces. There are also options to rent any part of this tree exclusively from the bottom up and blocking at least half of the property.
Apparently, no listing could be a grandma or grandchild of other listings on Hospitable. That’s a severe limitation. That means that I can’t have at least 12 of my other listings on my Direct website. I only kept 6 just to have a private site presence.
It’s a sad world! ;)

I have two child listings under a 2 bedroom listing that are rented out as individual bedrooms in a shared space. I want to create duplicate listings of these child listings as 1 bedroom apartments. That way, if a person books one of the 1 bedroom apartment listings, I can capture that booking and have that booking block the date(s) of the parent and other child properties of the same booking date(s). If a potential guest books a single room shared space listing, it could block all other listings in the parent-child relationship except the other available room. This can help maximize potential bookings.
