Guest check-in time change

Guest is scheduled is to check in at 4pm, If i offer an early check in at 2 PM I change the time from 4 to 2. Easy. The issue is that I know have to change my 8pm follow up message as it will now be adjusted from 8pm to (2 hours earlier) 6pm. How do you fix the other scheduled messages to a specific time.
