Guest-Count Conditional Custom Codes (Sleep Arrangement Confirmation)

Problem / Use Case

When bookings exceed a certain number of guests (e.g. more than 3), hosts often need to confirm sleeping arrangements—such as a pull-out sofa, shared bedroom, or child sharing a bed with parents.

Currently, custom codes can’t be triggered based on guest count, which means hosts either:

Manually message guests every time, or

Risk misunderstandings and poor reviews due to unmet expectations.

Proposed Solution

Allow custom codes to be triggered conditionally based on the number of guests.

If number_of_guests > 3

Insert a custom code block asking guests to confirm sleeping arrangements.
