Guest experience language detection

The setting „Prioritize the language of the conversation“ controls if the language should math the language of the guests first message OR the guests preferred language reported by the plattform. There’s no in between. If there is no preferred language reported and the setting is disabled and the guests first message is for example German and Fallback language is English, the system is using English as it is the fallback language. It doesn’t take the language of the guests first message into account. If the setting is disabled it should be 1st preferred language reported by platform, 2nd language of guests first message and 3rd fallback language.
