Guest Insights: “Verified” status can show “Not verified” even when guest is verified on Airbnb

In Guest Insights, the verification status shows as “Not verified” if the guest was not verified at the time of first contact. Even after the guest completes verification on Airbnb, it doesn’t always update right away in Hospitable.

It would be really helpful if the verification status could update more reliably or closer to real-time so it reflects the guest’s current status and avoids confusion when reviewing guests.
