Agree. Add guide book, house manual, and other relevant useful things so the portal is actually a useful reference guide for guests. Missed opportunity.

I would love to be able to add things to the Guest Portal, such as links to our website, a PDF of what we provide at the house, a guidebook, etc. Even just an area where we can write a message that goes out to every guest as a reminder. “Need to speak to a human? Call us at…” or whatever.
