Guest Review Status Tracker in Guest Experience

Problem Statement

  • There's no way to see which past guests have not yet left a review
  • Hosts can't easily identify guests who haven't reviewed to follow up with them personally

Current Workaround

  • Hosts have to manually check each guest's review status across platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
  • This is time-consuming and makes it difficult to know who to reach out to

Impact

  • Lost opportunity to request reviews from guests who haven't left one
  • Extra manual work tracking review status across multiple platforms
  • Potential loss of valuable reviews that could improve property ratings

Proposed Solution

  • Add a view or list in Guest Experience showing guests who have not yet left a review
  • Allow hosts to easily identify and reach out to these guests personally

Unlock

  • Hosts would be able to quickly see which guests haven't reviewed and personally request reviews
  • Increase the number of reviews received without relying solely on automated messages
