Guest-Specific AI Auto-Reply Toggle

Add the ability to disable AI auto-replies for individual guests or conversations when handling sensitive situations that require careful, manual responses.

Use Case:

Some guest interactions involve tricky situations where automated AI responses could be inappropriate or potentially harmful. Hosts need the flexibility to disable AI auto-replies for specific guests while keeping the feature active for other conversations.

Proposed Solution:

  • Add a toggle/checkbox in individual guest conversations to disable AI auto-replies for that specific guest

  • Allow hosts to temporarily pause AI responses for sensitive conversations without affecting the global AI settings

  • Maintain this setting throughout the entire guest conversation thread
