Guests with decreasing review scores

I would like to know if a guest’s ratings have decreased more than .2 points since the time we accepted their reservation. For example, if we accepted a guest based on 4.7, I would like to know if their score is now 4.5 or below.

Effectively, I would like the guests score at the time of inquiry (even before acceptance) locked to their profile along with a little icon (perhaps an up or down chevron) showing wherever their current rating has changed.

This is important to understand whether a guest has recently become problematic in which case we may seek a surety or ask questions about what has occurred.
