Custom shortcode when email address provided

Hi, in the custom message shortcode, there's a condition " the guest a genuine (not hidden) email address", I wish that there was a condition, which activates only when there's an email address. It is so that I can send a message to guests that shared their email addresses that I'm going to send them an email with certain information and etc.
