Scoping rental agreements to properties

Hi. Would appreciate being able to apply different rental agreements to different properties. Not all properties should receive the same terms. Terms vary by type of property, location, and owner preferences for term (where multiple properties are managed by a co-host). So would like to apply Rental Agreement A to Property A and Rental Agreement B to Property B. Thank you.
