Highlight on Dashboard and Daily Digest for returning guests

We need to foster returning guests to become more independent from the big OTAs. If I could get it highlighted on my dashboard and/or the daily digest that a guest is a returning guest, I could be more proactive about leaving special messaging and welcome gifts.

Returning guests should be identified via email / phone number and be highlighted even when they book via different platforms or when they book into different properties.
