Honeywell thermostat - able to activate time schedules instead of fixed temperature

Hello

I’ve configured certain time schedules into the thermostats, I would like to activate those if there’s a booking while still maintaining the possibiliy that the guest can overrule the temp but that’s just until the next change in the time schedule. If there’s no booking it can go down to x temp and for longer time no booking x temp (that works perfect)
