It would be best if Hospitable provides its own smart pricing software so that hosts won't have to rely on Airbnb's or other 3rd party smart pricing software

Additionally, if this is not done on hospitable side then it should pick up the pricing that is set dynamically by Airbnb and apply it across the board.
