Hospitable Tasks improvements: Duplicate rules, durations per property, backlog and priorities

Problem:

• No way to duplicate Task Rules, forcing manual recreation of identical checklists for each property
• Cannot assign different durations to each property within the same rule
• No backlog view for maintenance tasks without a specific date
• Tasks lack a priority field to manage urgency
• No way to categorize or group tasks beyond the checklist

Current workaround:

Maintaining maintenance tasks in external tools (like Trello) and manually recreating each checklist in Hospitable.

Impact:

• Time lost in repetitive configuration
• Inconsistency between checklists across different properties
• Difficulty managing maintenance tasks without a specific date
• Lack of visibility on which tasks are most urgent

Proposed solution:

• Allow duplicating existing Task Rules (with their checklist)
• Option to assign different durations per property within the same rule
• Backlog view for tasks without a specific date
• Priority field on tasks
• Category/tag system to group tasks
