Host-Applied Complimentary Services

Allow property managers to manually apply free services (e.g., High Chair, Pack and Play, disabled ramps, late checkout, or pool heating) directly to an existing reservation without requiring the guest to select or purchase an Upsell. These host-added items should appear on the reservation with no charge and should trigger relevant updates to checkout times, tasks, messages, and smart-lock access where applicable.
