Host UX fix: Default Availability Setting Update vs Manual Edits

When changing a default availability setting:

**has options to..
_Apply to:

• [unticked checkbox] Overwrite manual edits/custom values

  • (A) All future dates

  • (B) All future dates from… [date picker]

** If left unticked, show prompt:
_Warning:

“This will replace custom date-specific minimum stay / availability rules for the selected dates. Past manual edits (IF date picker selected B, then %%outside this range%%) won’t be changed.”

That gives hosts control over intent:

“I changed my strategy going forward” → apply from today/future date.

“I want to clean up all weird old overrides” → overwrite manual edits.

“I only want this for next season” → selected range.

Way better than needing Support to run a reset action in Nova.
