"Hot Water" Guest Experience

Hi, we have 7 listings in Malta and are frequently getting that “There are no hot water in the apartment” and telling them to turn on a switch outside the bathroom. We would like to have a new “Messaging rule” to automatically reply questions about “Hot Water”. Thanks!
