Hotkeys to resolve/archive conversation and move to next

It's very helpful to have hotkeys J and K to move up and down in conversations, but we still have to use the mouse to click "Archive" after responding to a guest. It would be super easy to implement and helpful to have a hotkey like in Gmail for example, 'E' to archive/resolve and move to next, and just 'A' or ‘R’ to archive/resolve only
