Hourly rate pricing for direct bookings

Problem statement

Hosts who rent their properties for short-duration uses like photo shoots, video shoots, or event spaces cannot offer hourly pricing through Hospitable's direct booking site. Currently, the platform only supports nightly rates, which doesn't match how these types of bookings are typically priced.

Current workaround

Hosts must use third-party platforms like Peerspace to handle hourly bookings, or manage Instagram and other direct inquiries manually outside of Hospitable.

Impact

• Platform fees on third-party sites reduce host revenue
• Guest-facing fees on platforms like Peerspace cause potential clients to abandon bookings
• Managing bookings across multiple systems creates extra administrative work
• Instagram and other social media inquiries can't be easily converted into bookings

Proposed solution

Add the ability to configure hourly rate pricing for direct bookings, allowing hosts to set a per-hour rate and minimum/maximum booking duration.
