Hourly rate tracking and time entry for maintenance staff

Problem statement

Maintenance staff are often paid hourly rather than a flat rate per task, but Hospitable currently doesn't support hourly rate configuration or time tracking for team members.

Current workaround

Hosts must manually track maintenance staff hours and process payments outside of Hospitable.

Impact

• Takes extra time to track hours separately
• Requires managing payroll in a separate system
• Reduces visibility into actual labor costs per property or task

Proposed solution

Add the ability to:

• Set an hourly rate for maintenance team members in their profile
• Allow maintenance staff to log hours worked on each task
• Enable hosts to review and approve submitted hours before processing payment
