House, notification of security deposit failure and rental agreement not signed. Turn off check-in message with door code.

We need a way to be notified when a guest has not signed their rental agreement and it’s 72 hours prior to their stay. At the same time the system needs to recognize if the rental agreement has not been can signed and turn off the check-in instructions with the door code message. This is the failsafe we need to make sure our rental agreements get signed. This is critical. Along with security deposits that would have the same functions. If a security deposit is not received or fails, the host should be notified and the hour check-in message with the door code should not go out.

    Hi @breannear@gmail.com we do this now! If the guest has not signed the rental agreement, we will automatically hold your check-in messages and notify you as soon as your messages are delayed. We will also send you notifications once check-in is within 72 hours and the guest has not signed the rental agreement.

      How is the notification sent? Is it just a push notification that will get lost with everything else throughout the day or is it an email?

    A simple fix you could implement today is to just add a condition for custom codes that the rental agreement isn’t signed (later for security deposit failed) so we can send reminders.
    In addition to the condition you could just add the ability to scope tasks for teams to more than just the property, meaning scope them to Airbnb, VRBO, and direct like messages. This way you could send your team a notification 72 hours prior to a direct booking checkin to confirm rental agreements, security deposits, and identity verification.
