We need a way to be notified when a guest has not signed their rental agreement and it’s 72 hours prior to their stay. At the same time the system needs to recognize if the rental agreement has not been can signed and turn off the check-in instructions with the door code message. This is the failsafe we need to make sure our rental agreements get signed. This is critical. Along with security deposits that would have the same functions. If a security deposit is not received or fails, the host should be notified and the hour check-in message with the door code should not go out.
