House Rules application for own direct book website

Hello. Would like the abiity to pull House Rules directly from my own direct book website, on the one hand, and pull from Airbnb to apply to OTAs on the other hand. Want the ability for guests who are direct booking toreceive a different set of House Rules than guests booking on Airbnb or VRBO. Thank you.
