Hover over property icons on the Messaging Rules list to see property details

Description On Guest Experience → Messaging rules, each rule shows a row of property avatar thumbnails under the Properties column. Today, hovering the group shows a short tooltip of names when the list is small, or "See more properties" when it's long (requiring a click to open the full dialog). Individual thumbnails don't reveal per-property detail on hover. Request: let hosts hover any individual property thumbnail to see that property's name (and ideally nickname / address) inline, without clicking into the dialog.
