Please create a feature that creates a hyperlink for the rental agreement/guest portal and welcome book instead of just pasting a long URL into the message.
Hi @Andrea Russell ! We’ve heard from several customers that Vrbo is not always hyperlinking URLs. Unfortunately, this is an issue that they will need to resolve, as we don’t have control over how they choose to display the URL to the guest.

and it’s not just about making a long URL hyperlinked. I want it to just say “Guest Portal”, you click on it, and you’re there. I do not want the full URL displayed.

I understand, that would be great! Unfortunately, we aren’t able to do this for messages that are sent to guests through the platforms messaging systems (like Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com). They also discourage the use of link shorteners (like bitly or tinyurl) to make long links more presentable, as they’re often removed by the booking platform. 😢
