I connected my cleaner to hospitable for the convenience of letting her know when to clean. But for some reason she can see all my reservation and information. I think the cleaners should only see the check out date and the time guests are leaving, so she know when to be there to clean. She shouldn’t have access to reservations and prices. Just letting you know, so maybe you could look into the issue. I would and I’m sure more hosts would like to keep that information private, and not share with connected cleaners. I disconnected my cleaner today, just so she couldn’t see everything. Maybe hospitable can find a solution. I really like everything about this app, other than this issue. Thanks hospitable.

    Hey @Dale Kinney ! I would recommend that you add your cleaner as a Teammate and set up Notification Rules to notify or remind them of upcoming check-ins. More on that in this help article collection: https://help.hospitable.com/en/collections/2599748-create-manage-your-operations-team

    This will allow you to write your own notification messages to them, and have full control over what they can and can’t see.

    Here’s an example of the notification that I send my cleaner, but you could of course write your own! Mine gives everything they’d need to know to clean (dates, check-in/out times, guest count, kid count) but otherwise doesn’t share any personal info like guest name or financials, etc.
