Dynamic min night stay rules for preventing gaps

I need a tool that can apply rules to nights adjacent to new reservations to prevent gaps or orphan nights from being created. The rules should be able to account for one- to five-night minimum-stay requirements on either side of a reservation and require same-day check-ins and checkouts.

I am not looking for a tool that simply discounts or adjusts restrictions after a gap has already been created. I need the system to proactively prevent those gaps from being created in the first place.

For example, suppose a property has a two-night minimum stay and receives a new reservation from Tuesday through Thursday. The tool would automatically prohibit a checkout on Monday and a check-in on Friday, preventing either adjacent night from becoming an unbookable one-night gap.
