Immediate Check-in Instructions for Last-Minute Bookings

Problem Statement:

• When a guest books after check-in time, Hospitable waits 30 minutes after booking to send check-in instructions
• This delay is unnecessary since the guest is already at or past check-in time and needs the instructions immediately

Current Workaround:

• Manually sending the check-in instructions early from the Inbox for each last-minute booking

Impact:

• Extra manual work for hosts to send instructions early
• Guests may be waiting unnecessarily for check-in details when they're already ready to arrive

Proposed Solution:

• Automatically send check-in instructions immediately when a guest books after check-in time, rather than waiting 30 minutes

Unlock:

• Hosts won't need to manually send check-in instructions for last-minute bookings
• Guests receive check-in details right away when they're ready to arrive
