Import historical drafted messages to build canned messages

Problem Statement:

• Hosts who used Airbnb before joining Hospitable have years of drafted answers and message templates that reflect their unique communication style.
• Currently, there is no way to import these drafted messages into Hospitable to use as "canned messages."
• This means hosts lose access to their carefully crafted responses and must recreate them manually.

Current Workaround:

Hosts must manually copy and recreate each drafted message as a canned message in Hospitable, which is time-consuming and impractical when there are many messages to transfer.

Impact:

• Significant time spent manually recreating canned messages that already exist in other platforms.
• Risk of losing valuable message templates during the transition to Hospitable.
• Inconsistent guest experience if hosts can't easily bring over their established response library.

Proposed Solution:

Allow hosts to import their historical drafted messages (e.g., from Airbnb) directly into Hospitable's canned messages feature, so they can quickly build their response library without manual recreation.
