import historical past reservations xls/csv

Hi team, I’m switching from another channel manager to Hospitable and I’d love a way to import historical past (2-3 years ago) reservations - especially Direct bookings - from a CSV/XLS file.

The goal is to bring prior-year data into Hospitable so Metrics and reporting reflect multiple years of history (occupancy, ADR, revenue, etc.). iCal/API imports don’t always include the full financial fields for Direct stays, Airbnb API, may do this only for 1-year back, without the names, so a file import would be really helpful. It is also important to keep the CMS compleet, to maintain the clients data intact.

Ideally the import would support fields like: guest name/contact, check-in/out dates, payout/amount paid, fees/taxes/discounts, reservation code (if available), property/listing mapping, and booking source (“Direct”).
