Improve 'New Bookings' Segregation and Navigation

Problem: Currently, the 'New Bookings' section does not clearly distinguish between trip requests and inquiries. Guest names are often missing (showing as 'Inquiry Guest'), and the header counts do not always accurately reflect the number of requests (e.g., they should show zero if no requests exist). Additionally, clicking a reservation opens it in the same window, forcing users to use the back button to return to the list.

Proposed Solution:

• Clearly segregate trip requests from inquiries in the 'New Bookings' view.
• Display actual guest names instead of 'Inquiry Guest'.
• Ensure header counts accurately reflect the current state (including showing zero).
• Open reservations in a separate window/tab when clicked to improve navigation.

Unlock: This will allow hosts to manage their incoming requests more efficiently without losing their place in the list or guessing which guest is which.
