Improve Payments & Payouts page sorting and pagination

Problem Statement:

• The Payments & Payouts page is sorted from furthest out to closest, which is counterintuitive. Users want to see upcoming/nearest events first.
• The "Next Page" button for pagination is only at the bottom of the screen and is hidden by the Smarty chat button, making it difficult to navigate to additional pages.

Current Workaround:

• Users must scroll through all entries to find upcoming payouts.
• Users have to scroll to the bottom of the page to access pagination, which is often blocked by the chat widget.

Impact:

• Wasted time searching through historical payouts to find upcoming ones.
• Frustration and confusion when trying to navigate to the next page of results.

Proposed Solution:

• Reverse the default sorting order so upcoming/nearest events appear first.
• Add a "Next Page" button at the top of the Payments & Payouts screen in addition to the bottom.

Unlock:

• Users can quickly access upcoming payouts without scrolling through historical data.
• Easier navigation through paginated results with a visible "Next Page" button at the top.
