Improve Support Chat Visibility and Accessibility

The support chat and messages are currently located under the 'Help' menu, which feels too hidden for such a frequently used feature. This creates friction for users who need to switch back and forth between the chat and other parts of the app while following instructions or gathering information, especially when managing multiple ongoing conversations. The request is to make the support chat and the list of active conversations more prominently surfaced and easily accessible within the app's main navigation.
