Improve the metrics feature

The Metrics features is frankly unusable for me. With VRBO the numbers show up one variation, Airbnb another and Direct yet another.

VRBO doesn't have the taxes get put into the taxes line and needs to be split out. That should be done already.

Additionally, pet fees and additional guest fees should be split out as well into it's own column

There needs to be uniformity for it to be useful.
