Problem
Hosts currently have no clear way of knowing when a task payment is waiting for manual approval, particularly when a teammate completes a task after the automatic approval window has passed.
In these cases, the task remains in Pending Approval, does not enter a payout run, and the teammate is not paid until the host manually approves the task. However, there is no dashboard indicator, notification, or dedicated view that alerts the host that action is required.
As a result, pending tasks can go unnoticed, leading to delayed teammate payouts and requiring hosts to manually inspect their calendar task by task to identify which tasks need approval.
Proposed Solution
Improve the visibility of tasks requiring manual approval by introducing one or more of the following:
A dashboard indicator or notification showing the number of tasks awaiting manual approval.
A dedicated view or filter for Pending Approval tasks.
Notifications when a task enters the Pending Approval state or has remained pending for a certain period of time.
(Optional) A filter by teammate to help hosts quickly identify which teammate's tasks require approval.
