Suggested improvement for the AI messaging feature. Currently, ‘Suggest with AI’ will draft a reply to the guest based on previous messages.

I suggest this be enhanced to also look at the current draft reply, and be renamed ‘Improve with AI’.

This would allow a quick response to be typed or dictated by staff, and the ‘Improve with AI’ could reword the response so that it’s nicer and more guest friendly.

Example:

Guest: Do you allow pets?

Team: No [Improve with AI] —> Sorry (guest first name), we don’t permit pets in the (listing type). There are a number of pet accomodation services nearby that we can recommend if you need. Just let us know, we’re always happy to help.

    I tried Improve with AI on a thank you for staying please submit a google review message that I typed and Improve with AI went ahead and deleted my draft email and changed it to a Welcome Email with access details and wifi password, checking in / out times etc. If all it is doing is looking at the settings and dumping in copy this is not AI.

    AI would have seen that this guest has checked out and thus does not require a welcome email.

    I see little value in jumping on the AI bandwagon until what is being provided is true AI. Or maybe put a BETA flag on it.
