Include Calendar Blocks in iCal/ICS Export Feeds

Currently, Hospitable's iCal/ICS export feeds only include reservation events. Users who manually block dates in the Hospitable calendar or use availability rules find that these blocks are not exported to external calendars. While these blocks are successfully exported to booking platforms (likely via Hospitable's API), they are missing from the iCal/ICS feeds. This requires users to create 'Owner Stays' or 'Manual Bookings' as a workaround to ensure dates are blocked on external calendars. The request is to allow actual calendar blocks to be included in the export feed so that all external calendars accurately reflect all unavailable dates.
